Stuart Larkins
Stuart is the Managing Partner of Twin Capital where he is an operating investor in early-stage interactive marketing service and technology companies. He is an active advisor to read Media, Palio, Lakeshore Capital Partners, and Partner Data, and sits on the board of directors of Trunk Club, PerformLine and Netconcepts.
Prior to this, he spent eight years at an internet startup, Performics, leading the business through rapid growth and subsequent acquisitions by Doubleclick, Hellman & Friedman, Google, and most recently, Publicis. At Performics, Stuart managed a team of search engine marketing experts and lead Performics interactions with major search engines. His team was responsible for delivering customized, profitable, and scaleable search marketing programs for Performics. clients in a variety of industries including automotive, financial services and retail. Stuart holds a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
Jonathan R. Wallace
Since co-founding WWC Capital Group in 1998, Jonathan has focused his efforts on business services and financial services where he has been responsible for guiding growth-stage companies. Jonathan represents WWC Capital on the Board of First Equity Card, Exmplar, PerformLine and Double Positive.
He has also been responsible for the firm's highly successful Internet advertising investments that have included the WeatherBug and Advertising.com. Jonathan is widely regarded as an expert in designing capital structures for middle market companies with the objective of increasing flexibility and/or lowering financing costs in the capital structure. During his long career as an investment banker, Jonathan was responsible for the placement of over $3.5 billion of senior debt, subordinated debt, and equity. He has financed the capital needs of over 40 Fortune 500 companies. Jonathan received his MBA with honors from the Darden School of Business and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
David Jakubowski
David is a seasoned executive and industry expert on digital monetization, with a long history leading sales, business development, marketing, and product teams. His depth of experience in complex search and display platforms combined with his revenue focus and deep experience with the advertising community give David a unique foundation to build companies upon. David is the CEO of Aggregate Knowledge, an IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) company delivering the analytics and tracking platform on which the world's largest advertisers make their digital media decisions.
Prior to Aggregate Knowledge, David was the senior vice president of Specific Media, the largest freestanding global ad network and was a at Microsoft, where he was general manager of Microsoft adCenter and Search Strategy. Before joining Microsoft, David was senior vice president of Quigo Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for building out the business units, expanding the client base, increasing revenue growth, and overseeing marketing and customer acquisition. Under his guidance, Quigo grew from a small startup to one of the largest search engine marketers in the space and one of Google Inc.'s largest competitors in the contextual space. David is a graduate of Binghamton University.
Alex Baydin
Alex founded PerformLine in 2007, as he saw the growing need for compliance and verification in the lead generation space. Using his deep experience in media and lead generation he developed PerformMatch, the industry's most-trusted compliance verification platform.
Prior to founding PerformLine, Alex held management roles at Epic Media Group, Inc., a leading performance-based affiliate network and lead aggregator; Quigo Technologies, a leading contextual CPC technology and SEM firm eventually acquired by AOL; and at United Online (NASD:UNTD) an internet service provider. Alex holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

Rose Tech Ventures is led by David S. Rose, an Inc. 500 CEO and serial entrepreneur himself, who has been described by Crain's New York Business as "the father of angel investing in New York", and by Red Herring Magazine as the "patriarch of Silicon Alley". David is well known in the technology community for his mentoring of high-potential entrepreneurs, and is a regular speaker at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, NYU and Pace business schools. As the founder and Chairman of New York Angels, one of the world's most active and professional angel investment groups, he has led first round investments in a wide range of exciting, high growth companies.
Cameron Yuill
Cameron is founder and CEO of AdGent Digital, a media and technology company providing both audience delivery systems and proprietary social media platforms for publishers and advertisers. Guided by his passion for building things and anything to do with technology, Cameron has played an instrumental part in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike, with roles at Viator.com (a Caryle Group company), Cendant (he was founding vice president of its highly successful Partner Marketing Group), and TripUp.com (acquired by Sidestep).
