Title: VP of Sales

We are looking for an outstanding sales leader to join our hard working team of professionals. PerformLine is a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment. We believe this a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of the leading online marketing compliance company in this exciting new emerging category.

This position will focus on new business development and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Capture a minimum of $1MM in new business within 12 months
  • Establish and grow relationships within all layers of existing accounts
  • Develop strong mutually beneficial relationships with all existing account leads
  • Working directly with interactive marketing decision makers in a high growth sector where there is strong demand for our PerformMatch. technology
  • Identify, qualify, and close prospective clients
  • Learn all aspects of the PerformMatch. platform and be able to clearly communicate features and benefits to prospective clients
  • Learn PerformMatch pricing schedule and be able to propose, and negotiate pricing to prospects
  • Log all prospecting and sales activity; provide reporting according to company policies
  • Communicate effectively with executive team on pipeline progress, revenue forecast, feature requests and all other relevant information

WORK/ EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 years plus experience with sales of interactive advertising or SaaS enterprise sales
  • Convey a deep understanding of either interactive marketing, or an understanding of the Lead Generation.
  • Possess unbeatable work ethic, fine attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning, superior writing skills, easy conversational ability, and instinctive business acumen
  • Strong consultative selling skills into the C-level suite.
  • Expect to travel up to 40% of the time in North America
  • Must have strong business plan development and forecasting experience
  • Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability
  • College Graduate




Python/Django Developers (All levels)
